Macob has completed a prestigious 20,000 sq ft development at Heron Court, a prestigious manufacturing unit on Swansea Vale's Central Business Park for NCT Ducting.
The company provides hoses for a wide range of industry sectors worldwide and its products are used in such diverse products as Ferrari cars and Heidelburg printing presses.
The partnership between Macob and Latham Investments offered a fast track building programme, which included preparing detailed architectural drawings and gaining planning permission in advance.
The speed of delivery was vital for NCT Ducting to meet market demand and secure new orders and resulted in the creation of 10 jobs.
The initiative was assisted by the WDA with a Property Development Grant.
