Macob recognises the need to equip employees with the necessary skills and qualifications to deliver high quality and cost effective work. Improved teamwork and increased awareness of health and safety means fewer accidents, earlier completion dates and less time wasted correcting mistakes.
Macob works to help its site operatives achieve nationally recognised qualifications such as NVQ, as well as Construction Skills Certification Scheme (CSCS) cards on the successful completion of a job specific programme of on-site training and assessment.
